Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about the store’s services and products.
- Shipping and Packaging: Receive, process, and prepare packages for domestic and international shipping, ensuring proper packaging and accurate documentation.
- Printing and Document Services: Operate printing and copying equipment to fulfill customer requests for document production, binding, laminating, and other related services.
- Mail Handling: Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including handling mailbox services for customers.
- Sales and Product Promotion: Inform customers about available products and services, upselling where appropriate to meet their needs.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked, contributing to a welcoming environment for customers.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED is typically required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a UPS Associate, retail, customer service, or related fields is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with computers and office equipment, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages, typically up to 50 pounds.
