Say goodbye to long hours and holidays—we offer a balanced work-life dynamic! Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. Sales Associates work two Saturdays per month and their schedule may vary to encompass opening, closing, or midday shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email, ensuring outstanding service at every interaction.
- Practice attentive listening to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Take ownership of shipping inquiries, providing viable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Master all our products and services to effectively promote them to customers.
- Proficiently operate equipment, software, and devices, with a willingness to train others.
- Skillfully pack items for shipping following established procedures.
- Manage document printing tasks efficiently.
- Handle package processing tasks, including lifting, and weighing packages, utilizing shipment software, and generating labels. May involve assisting customers with packages.
- Conclude each day by accurately reconciling cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with cash registers and cash handling.
- Proficient in basic math, typing and phone etiquette.
- Prior customer service work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Friendly demeanor and genuine desire to assist customers.
- Professional appearance and well groomed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
