Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by engaging with customers, promoting products, and providing exceptional service.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
• Recruit new team members by participating in the hiring process and conducting interviews.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and conducting regular audits.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong background in wireless sales is preferred, with the ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain store plan-o-grams and organizational layout
• Strong administrative skills for managing reports, schedules, and employee records.
• Experience in recruiting and training staff is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
