Duties

- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.

- Assist in stock management by restocking shelves and organizing inventory.
- Conduct product demos to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Sell additional products based on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a grocery store setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
- Experience with product demonstrations is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
