- Process transactions efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
- Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible to customers.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment and excellent customer experiences.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, actively listening to their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Support promotional activities by selling featured products and assisting in marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
