- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and retail math for inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Basic math proficiency is essential for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system is advantageous.
