What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Consultant position at The UPS Store?
The UPS Store in Greenfield is owned and operated by a long time member of the community. We are a busy store with a solid reputation for fast, friendly, and efficient service. We provide a good working environment for our employees, and take pride in doing the job right. A good knowledge of office equipment will be a big advantage for the right candidate. Since you will be working with the public, your professional appearance and communication skills (both listening and speaking) need to be top notch. We operate under the slogan: "Look your Best, Do your Best, Be your Best". You will be responsible for working personally with customers on a one-on-one basis. We have a friendly, safe, clean, and a well organized environment in which to work, one in which you will be required to maintain. If you are skilled, motivated to do your best, and enjoy working with the public this is the perfect job for you. You must be available to work M-F as well as Saturday. We are open M-F 8:00am-6:30pm, and Sat 9:00am-3:00pm, Sunday we are closed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
