What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative at The UPS Store position at The UPS Store?
We are looking for someone to cover the morning shift and work anywhere from 35 to 40 hours a week. Weekend availability would also be preferred.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
* Providing excellent customer service
* Accepting drop-off packages, and generating shipments.
* Packing items for shipment, according to UPS Packaging regulations and guidelines. ( Employees will get training through the UPS Store)
* Assisting customers with printing and faxing
* Helping to maintain a clean and tidy store
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Excellent customer service skills
* An ability to work under pressure
* Be computer literate
*Be a Notary Public (or be eligible to become one)
* Be punctual and dependable
