The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and via the internet. In addition, he or she promotes the company's full array of products and services. The CSR must develop, implement, and continuously engage sound strategies to meet stated business goals in terms of customer satisfaction and sales targets.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED (some post high school education preferred), a minimum of one year of customer service experience, strong phone and computer skills, scheduling knowledge, and solid math skills. He or she must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with both staff and customers. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
