The Ups Store in Chicago, IL, is looking for one customer service to join our 10-person strong team. We are located in the Edgewater neighborhood. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
Preference will be given to applicants with 2-3 years of experience and open availability.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.20 - $17.00/hour.
