Responsibilities

*Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries. *Continuously practices good listening skills with customer, UPS Store team members, and leadership. *Takes ownership of customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions *Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends *Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others *Maintains a clean and safe working environment *Follow and understand quality guidelines *Processing and packing of customer merchandise for shipping *Production, coordination, quality review and completion of customer print jobs

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers
