Join Our Team at The UPS Store!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! If you love working with people and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their needs
Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
Process transactions accurately using our POS system (cash & credit)
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Work as a team to achieve sales goals and create a great shopping experience
Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism
Learn and grow with ongoing training opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Retail experience is a plus – but not required!
Strong communication and people skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with cash handling & POS systems (preferred)

Pay: $16.75 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
