Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Starting Wage$18.00/hour

Job Summary:
This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting out in their design career and is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You will work on a variety of projects, from print materials like brochures and flyers to branding for clients. We're here to help you develop your skills and gain valuable experience in both design and print production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating designs for print materials such as business cards, flyers, banners, and more.
• Work with design software like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) – don’t worry if you’re still learning; we’ll help you get comfortable.
• Learn the basics of preparing files for print, including using bleed and understanding color modes (CMYK for print, RGB for digital).
• Work with clients to understand their needs and help bring their vision to life through design.
• Manage multiple small projects with support from our team and grow your ability to handle bigger tasks as you gain experience.
• Be open to learning and training on the various other services the store offers.
• Work within deadlines and communicate with team members about progress on projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
• A basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout – enthusiasm for learning is the most important thing!
• A team player who is comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excited about building a career in design.

Work Hours:
We’re looking for someone who can work within our hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Some flexibility for trade show events is also required.
