✔ Lead by example in customer service excellence
✔ Oversee package processing & shipping logistics
✔ Manage inventory and store organization
✔ Delegate tasks and support staff development
✔ Get hands-on with print services and help customers bring their ideas to life
✔ Maintain a fast-paced, fun, and efficient work environment

- Retail or assistant management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

- Availability for a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
