As of 09/30/2023 minimum wage is $12/hour. Raising every year (09/30) until 2026 to $15/hour.
Training at $12.00/hour for 40 Business Hours Monthly Average Sale Incentives Immediately.
FULL TIME = Guaranteed $13/hour for 30-40/hours/week (5-6 days/week) Full Time = approximately $27,040/year Bonuses 2 UPS holidays paid off (Xmas and New year) and 2 personal paid days off
PART TIME = Guaranteed $12/hour for 25-35/hours/week (5-6 days/week) Part Time = approximately $21,840/year Bonuses 1 UPS holidays paid off and 1 personal paid day off
An additional raise is achievable within 1-3 months after training if you exceed expectations and catch on quickly while proving you can work the store by yourself!
Annually you will get $0.50-$1.00/hour raises to possibly be capped around $18/hour ($37,440 Bonuses) and 1 extra paid personal day to be capped at 10 total plus UPS holidays. *SUBJECT TO REVIEW

Overall your schedule will be very predictable and consistent. Sometimes there will be situations where we need to change shifts around. Flexibility is a plus and sometimes required.
¨ Hours of Operation M-F 8:30-6:30, Saturday 9:00-5:00, Sunday 10:00-3:00. (Subject to change)
¨ Typically we are looking for 6 days per week including weekends with a day off during the week. Training will take Monday-Friday at first. Permanent shift will include Saturdays and Sundays post training.
