Part-Time and Full-Time UPS Store Associate

We are looking for highly dependable people to join our team and provide excellent customer service for our UPS Stores in Seminole, St. Pete and Clearwater. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to grow will make you successful in this role. Position advancement is available based on performance. Part-Time positions may be eligible for advancement to Full-Time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers with a positive attitude.
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Offer solutions to best fit customer's needs
• Cross-sell services and products
• Ensure supplies are fully stocked
• Generate shipments
• Process print orders and office related tasks
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Positive attitude is a must!!
• Fast learner
• Proven experience as an Office Team Member, Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Comfort with technology a must!!
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
