Job Summary:
The Part-Time Center Associate at The UPS Store in Nashua, New Hampshire is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This is a part-time, hourly position in the franchise industry. The Center Associate will work on an individual basis and report to the store manager.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $15 to $17 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. As a part-time employee, the Center Associate will have access to limited benefits, such as paid time off and employee discounts.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using UPS shipping software
- Accurately calculate shipping rates and assist customers with selecting the best shipping options
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for shipping and other services
- Keep store and work area clean and organized
- Receive and process packages for storage or pickup
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with print and copy services, including operating printers, copiers, and other equipment
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new services and promotions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in UPS shipping software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
