The Part-Time Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
The store is open : Monday-Friday 8am - 6 : 30pm, Saturdays 9am - 3pm; and Sundays 10am - 3pm.

Processes packages for courier shipment. This includes lifting and weighing packages, accessing the shipping manifesting software, and generating shipping labels.Scans in drop off packages, including Amazon returnsProcesses Corporate Account returns, such as Charter Spectrum, DirecTV, Apple, Dyson, etc.Processes international shipments.Packs customer items for shipment by following packaging guidelinesSorts and distributes mail and packages for our private mailbox customersPrints documentsPerforms Fingerprinting servicesMoves packages from the front of the store to the back of the storeThis list is not all inclusiveQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required (or currently enrolled)Retail / Customer Service experience preferredStrong computer skillsOutstanding phone skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and mathPrompt, reliable, and responsibleAble to lift 40 poundsExcellent packing skillsWilling to work a flexible schedule.
