Job Summary
The UPS Store #7392 is looking for a Part-Time Center Associate to provide excellent customer service experience and help keep the store running smoothly. This individual contributor position is located in Fullerton, California and offers a pay range of $16.50 to $18 per week ( based on experience ), paid biweekly. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Adhere to all applicable customer service and quality standards.
Make sure customers receive world-class service.
Execute all store operational activities, including opening / closing store, stocking shelves / counters, packing orders, etc.
Process all customer orders rapidly and accurately according to established procedures.
Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service and / or retail experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
Ability to multi-task and switch between different tasks easily.
Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
