Job Summary :
The UPS Store #6828 is seeking a Part-Time Center Associate to join our team in Gilbertsville and Douglassville, PA. This is an hourly, part-time, position, with weekend rotating shifts The Part-Time Center Associate will be responsible for providing superior customer service, sale of all products and services, upholding quality standards, and ensuring prompt processing of customer orders.
Compensation & Benefits :
This position is hourly, with the shift being weekdays and some rotating weekends. The compensation is $13 to $15 per hour, paid biweekly.
Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Process customer orders effectively and efficiently
- Promote the sale of products and services
- Ensure accuracy in the processing of customer orders
- Assist with store operations by stocking, organizing, and maintaining the customer service counter area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails
- Provide additional support to the store Manager as requested
- Other duties as assigned
