The Part-Time Center Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our store. This dynamic individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operating various equipment and devices, and providing expert advice on our products and services.

• Opening the store at 7 a.m. with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, fostering strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
• Practicing excellent listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Taking ownership of customer shipping needs, offering innovative solutions and viable alternatives.
• Staying up-to-date with product and service offerings, industry trends, and alternative solutions, driving business growth and success.
• Operating all equipment, software, and devices with expertise, mentoring others when necessary.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

• High school diploma or GED, emphasizing the importance of education and personal development.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
• Outstanding phone skills, enabling seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible, meeting deadlines and commitments.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, demonstrating physical capability and stamina.
• Willingsness to work 25 to 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule starting at 7 a.m., accommodating diverse needs and preferences.
