Job description
We are looking for one or two more sales associate responsible for delivering world-class customer service to retail customers.
Duties include:
- Follow UPS standard operating procedures while adhering to legal/safety/security policies
- Expertly advise valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services.
- Receive, process and package shipments for safe arrival following UPS packaging guidelines
- Accepting and processing drop-off packages and Amazon returns
- Open mailboxes for potential customers
- Process, sort and place mail accurately
- Operate POS system/cash registers and deliver correct change
- Operate machines including copiers, fax machine, binding equipment, camera for passport photos
- Perform notaries (upon completion of requirements including passing a Dept of Justice background check)
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment
Ideal candidate:
- Friendly, helpful, customer service-oriented demeanor
- Good listening skills with customers, store team members and leadership
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of computer and POS systems
- Be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Current Notary Public license is a plus, otherwise must be able to pass the test and background check to obtain a Notary Public license.
- Ability to cross-sell and up-sell

- Currently hiring M-F should be open between 8:30-6:30 ( 8hours shift)
Saturday 10-5 pm Sunday 11-3pm
Pay: $16-$19/hr depending on experience with bonus incentives

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
