- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displays are appealing.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Supervise junior staff or new associates as needed, providing guidance on best practices in retail sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
