Main Responsibilities of a Retail Associate:
- Having a friendly attitude and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for 8 Hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

The job duties of a Retail Associate are to interact with the public on a daily basis while providing them with the services that we offer; this includes processing shipping labels, packing fragile and non-fragile items, printing documents, providing notary signatures, processing Amazon returns, and more. We have a small crew, so getting along with coworkers and being a flexible team player is necessary.
Retail Associate Job Requirements:
- Creating and processing shipping labels and customs forms for packages.
- Processing returns and drop-off packages for various companies.
- Assisting customers with digital return processes.
- Sorting mail and checking in packages for mailbox holders.
- Packaging and boxing items for shipping.
- Answering phone calls pertaining to the store.
- Working a cash register and collecting payments.
- Faxing and emailing documents.
- Printing documents and return labels.
- Printing and finishing documents.
- Notarizing documents for customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Restocking of supplies when they are low.
- General cleaning and upkeep of the store.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and requirements when handling equipment.
