About the role:
We are currently seeking a customer-focused and self-driven sales leader who will be responsible for engaging with customers by creating a welcoming in-center experience, educating our customers on the products and services we provide to meet their business needs and executing all processes and procedures at a high level of performance and accuracy. This position is ideal for a energetic, dynamic individual with a proven entrepreneurial skillset to drive fast-paced growth.
What you'll be responsible for:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Build and manage sales opportunities to maximize revenue and exceed rapid growth targets.
· Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships,
· Engage, educate and execute customer’s requests and convert them into sales opportunities.
· Continually accessing new ways to determine customer needs.
· Enthusiastically promote local, regional and national marketing campaigns.
· Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter with ability to overcome objections and deliver solutions that support customer needs.
- Works with a tremendous sense of urgency to grow current and new business on an ongoing basis.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp new and complex information.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to analyze a situation to support the best outcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
