Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform retail sales duties including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean store environment
- Upsell products to customers to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in technical sales, wireless sales, or retail sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
