Responsibilities:
-Receive and process packages for courier shipment
-Operate equipment such as: copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, etc. (on-the-job training will cover these)
-Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs. on your own.
-Assist customers in a friendly manner with requests and questions in-store and on the phone
-Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
-Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
-Keeping store clean and organized at all times for an efficient and professional workplace
Qualifications:
-Ability to maintain a professional appearance
-Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must
-Preferred high school diploma/GED
-Ability to work well on a team and contribute to a smooth flowing customer service experience for all customers
-Prior customer service experience preferred
-Punctuality and accountability when arriving to work
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
