Store Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will assist with sales transactions, maintain product displays, and contribute to a friendly and welcoming environment. Duties

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing credit card payments with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure that merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed attractively throughout the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations.
• Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is a plus.
• A friendly demeanor with a willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
