Job Store Manager Reports to District Manager
Status Full-Time; Exempt
Job Purpose
Store Manager is responsible for the successful operaon, sales growth and leadership of the store.
The Store Manager is responsible for providing clear and concise guidance, leadership and training to the store assigned to them. The incumbent shall able to perform all aspectss associated with customer service, sales, administration of the store and training of sales associates and assistant managers.
They will ensure their store complies of all corporate and management guidelines. They should be able to provide and perform all funcons of a store as needed.
Dues and Responsibilies
1. Provide clear and concise guidance, leadership and training to employees assigned to them;
2. Assumes and maintains responsibility for management, all processes of the store and all employees that work in the store;
3. Perform and instruct on all systems and funcons in the stores; 4. Perform and meet melines on all tasks assigned for by management; 5. Research, define and implement all policies as prescribed by corporate and management; 6. Research, define and implement operaonal improvements and/or sales and markeng programs in support of all store’s sales growth goals; 7. Maintains the store’s compliance with all policies, procedures, corporate and/or management standards. Informs management when the store falls out of compliance;
8. Reasonable for interviewing and hiring applicants for employment for their assigned store;
9. Develop, plan, coordinate and implement policies that increase the stores sales growth, employee development and processes as well as implemenng corporate assist and management policies and iniaves;
10. Provide connuous and consistent training to all employees per Corporate and management guidelines;
11. Provide fair, firm, clear and consistent leadership to all stores in a management style that is acceptable by company guidelines;
12. Must be available by phone during Store Business hours up to 1 hour aer closing;
13. Ensure all stores assigned to them are providing a customer service experience that falls into the parameters set by corporate and management;

Qualificaons
Qualificaons include:
Educaon / Experience: High School / G.E.D. required is required; Bachelor’s
Degree in Business, Management, Prinng Technology or related is preferred.
Experience: One to three years in Business, Management, Retail Sales, Prinng
Technology or related field is preferred.
Skills / Abilies: o Be able to perform and train all funcons and systems of a store; o Excellent
Customer Service skills; o Leadership Skills; o Training/Coaching Skills; o Organizaonal skills and be able to priorize tasks; o Must possess excellent wring, computer, and communicaon
skills; must possess experience in Microso Office soware and the ability to learn other soware programs currently in use; o Ability to speak, read, and write English; o Must possess good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales stascs; o Able to work autonomously; o Analycal and problem-solving skills; o Ability to follow oral and wrien instrucons; o Ability to communicate effecvely both verbally and in wring with coworkers, customers and the general public; o Demonstrates emoonal maturity and good judgment; o Ability to handle stressful situaons.
Training requirements and melines: o Has to have completed all on line and in class Cerfied
Operator Training and Print training within 90 days of assumpon of posion; o Will be required to complete an in person training for Cerfied Operator course and Print course at managements discreon; o Must be able to qualify for, acquire and maintain a Notary License.
Other Qualificaons and Characteriscs o Must not have a history of disqualifying criminal convicons and must pass all required background checks; o Must be honest, trustworthy, loyal and possess an outgoing personality

Physical requirements
May involve liing up to 50 pounds.
Will involve standing for extended periods of me, walking, reaching, twisng, turning, kneeling, bending, squang, stooping and going up and down stairs in the performance of daily acvies.
