We are actively looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management
- Conduct interviews for new hires
- Implement effective shift management strategies
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain store efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet targets
*Qualifications*
-Notary license is a plus. If you do not have one, it is a requirement to get it within the first 30-60 days of starting in the role.
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Proficiency in retail math calculations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage store operations efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
