Job description
PART TIME - must work weekends and flexible weekdays total 16 - 30 hours/week
Hiring Center Associate to delivers world-class customer service to retail customers by receiving and processing packages.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, but willing to train as long as the candidate makes an effort to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40 pounds
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
