- Guide and mentor team members

- Serves as Manager on Duty for customer support needs
- Problem and Solution Expert for all Customer Experience concerns
- Key Holder for Store
- Assist with store maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Assist in training newly onboarded Team Members
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Assist with claims and GSR submittal
- Assist with Mailbox collections and growth
- Assist with various projects outlined by Store Leader

Flex hours based on operational needs. Between 7:30am-7:30PM M-F 8:00AM-4:00PM Weekends
