The UPS Stores are locally owned and operated franchises!
We are separate / not affiliated with UPS and are our own individual franchise.
Right now, we're looking to hire a dedicated, supportive, and team-oriented UPS Store Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate to our growing team!
We own 5 stores in Carmel, Mid Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove & Seaside.

Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Printing, Notary, Hospitality, or related experience required
- CA Notary Commission highly preferred but not required
- Available to work Saturdays & Sundays
- Willing to undergo a federal background check (to qualify for notary license)(and must pass)
Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Greeting & directing customers coming into our stores
- Providing business service support to our customers
- Packaging, handling, and shipping out goods, letters, and an array of items for our clients
- Providing accurate information (product features, pricing, etc.)
- Managing returns of merchandise
- Other duties within the role as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
