The Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
The UPS Store Provides the following: Casual and Creative work environment , a Flexible Schedule, Paid Training, and Hourly pay with Bonus. The UPS Store Team Member Responsibility : Delivers outstanding customer experience to walk-in customers, and telephone inquiries. All UPS Store Team members own the responsibilities of learning, listening and taking action for the customer shipping needs. By providing products and services offered by The UPS Retail Store. Operates all equipment, software, and devices in a a clean, organized, and safe environment .
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be available for weekends. High school diploma or GED required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math Prompt, reliable, and responsible Able to lift 50 pounds.
