Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Cash handling skills to accurately process cash transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Proficiency in operating a cash register for processing transactions
