Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the firm’s corporate accounting operations. This is not a fund accounting role — it's a key leadership position overseeing corporate-level financial operations and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all corporate accounting operations and financial reporting
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee tax preparation and compliance
- Handle partnership accounting and consolidations
- Coordinate with and manage offshore third-party accounting resources
- Utilize Oracle for financial reporting and analysis
- Support external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor and manage accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA required
- 10 years of corporate accounting experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of partnership accounting and consolidations
- Experience with Oracle
- Proven ability to manage offshore teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Public accounting foundation with Big 4 preferred
- Stable work history — candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered
