Compensation: $100-110K Bonus
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing team, streamline customer service operations, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves managing call distribution, optimizing service processes, and ensuring outstanding support for customers, prospects, and internal teams. As a key leader, you’ll drive efficiency, develop talent, and foster collaboration to elevate service standards.
What You’ll Bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams; CRM experience (SAP preferred).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, manage reports, and implement service improvements.
Flexibility: Occasional travel (less than 10%) to customers or trade shows.
On-Site Role: Full-time, Monday–Friday, based in Omaha, NE.
Your Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 10–15 customer service professionals, fostering a customer-first culture.
Operational Management: Ensure efficient call distribution, service request handling, and issue resolution.
Customer Experience: Drive service excellence while maintaining compliance with best practices and policies.
Process Improvement: Utilize data analytics to enhance workflows and optimize customer interactions.
Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members for long-term success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Enhancements: Manage the Automated Call Distribution (ACD) system and oversee the Preferred Customer program.
Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer concerns, ensuring swift resolutions.
Work Environment: Maintain a productive and engaging office space that supports top-tier customer service.
