Finance Controller
Location: Huntersville, NC (On-site)
Salary: $120K - $160K (Based on Experience) 15% Bonus

About the Role
We seek an experienced Finance / Controller to lead financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health as it scales. This individual will be instrumental in managing accounting, financial reporting, and compliance while supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements at local, state, and federal levels.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with external auditors and lead audit processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 5-15 years of experience in financial management, preferably with international company experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Huntersville, NC, with plans to transition to a permanent headquarters in the same area by July 2025. Remote work is not an option.
