Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Beaumont, Texas. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment, with a competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary
  • Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Perform minor medical procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

For Nurse Practitioners (NPs):

  • Active and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)

For Physician Assistants (PAs):

  • Active and unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

For Both:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred (new graduates considered)
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
