Part-Time Schedule : Mornings, Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM
Full-Time Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts starting at 8 : 30 AM
Afternoon Shifts : Monday through Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! You’ll play a vital role in helping youth, adults, and families achieve their goals through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care.

Responsibilities :
- Perform intake assessments and diagnose psychological disorders
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client
- Use evidence-based approaches to guide therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.)
Previous experience working as a mental health therapist or clinical social worker is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Salary : $40 - $65
