We want you to enjoy care-free beach fun and get the most out of your family vacation without the hassle of bringing your own stuff. We offer an array of beach gear delivered directly to your home or vacation rental. Our team is growing in Corpus Christi and we are looking for an experienced Assistant Territory Manager to help support our operations.
Assistant Territory Manager :
The Assistant Territory Manager will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operations set for by the Territory Manager. This would include day-to-day oversight of the operations at the warehouse, supervision of picking and packing, ensuring labor standards are being met and that KPI’s are being hit within the warehouse. This person will also help to support our delivery team with scheduling, client concerns, and ensuring that our drivers stay on schedule. This person must have weekend availability .
Responsibilities :
- Oversee warehouse set up and build out
- Ensure deliveries are being completed on time
- Manage delivery schedules
- Lead and set goals for Warehouse Associates
- Ensure working environment is safe and clean at all times
- Communicate with direct reports
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned properly after each rental
- Supervise bike maintenance
