Job Description:
- Uphold the warehouse standards and procedures set forth by the Territory Manager to maintain efficiency and effectiveness throughout the warehouses.
- Maintain an accurate up to date count of all gear in both warehouses and report it to the TM weekly for audits and inventory control.
- Oversee day to day operations of the warehouse which includes. Loading and unloading of trucks, TBC cleared on Sun, Mon. and Thurs. Proper gear inspections and cleaning of all gear, organization of all gear, etc.
- Inspect and assist in bike maintenance operations and maintain a daily goal of bike repairs based off of repairman to bike ratio.
- Coach and assist employees throughout the warehouse on behavior procedures, proper loading and unloading and gear inspections on gear.
- Communicate and ensure labor objectives are accomplished in a timely manner each day to ensure maximum efficiency of employees (i.e. keep everyone on task make sure no one is sitting down for extended periods of time to prolong the task assigned to them.)
- Train to be efficient in operations tracking & communications. (HubSpot and Gear tools).
- Keep warehouse and property in constant state of readiness and cleanliness
- Lead and set the goals for all warehouse employees. You will be the line of communication for employees before coming to TM.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
