We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Territory Manager who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. This role requires someone who can make informed decisions, manage logistics, and lead a seasonal team—all while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
This position reports to the Regional Manager and plays a key role in maintaining high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and pickup of beach gear to vacation guests safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Manage staffing levels to meet seasonal and off-season demands.
- Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure gear availability.
- Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
- Use company software and routing tools to manage delivery schedules.
- Develop and oversee the territory’s operational budget to ensure key performance goals are met.
- Maintain all operational safety protocols and ensure team compliance.
- Train staff on company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee purchasing of gear, tools, and operational equipment.
- Select, implement, and manage operational systems for inventory, delivery, and logistics.
- Ensure employees are properly trained on safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements
- Ability to travel occasionally.

- College degree or equivalent military leadership experience.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or process efficiency (or equivalent background).
