Job Requirements:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beach Delivery Specialist to join our team at The Vacation Property Group LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive safe delivery routes to drop-off and pick-up rented equipment, following delivery manifests to ensure timely deliveries.
Pick, pack, sort, and load merchandise within the warehouse, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Repair and maintain rental bikes, both in the field and in the warehouse, with guidance from our experienced staff.
Adhere to strict safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, Team Leads, and customers, providing clear and concise information regarding delivery schedules, status updates, and any issues that may arise.
Evaluate and troubleshoot delivery-related issues, making sound judgments to resolve problems promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of organization and productivity, meeting deadlines and achieving goals while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of warehouse and driving experience.
Clean driving history and no criminal background.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
