Responsibilities
- Identify new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals
- Grow customer base - your Book of Business
- Market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
- Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business
- Aid existing policyholders with additional options
- Encourage others to do the same by sharing experiences
- No cold calling
- Expand income potential with annual reviews
- Flexible schedule, you set your own
- Willingness/preference to work from home
- Ensure all clients electronically submit their applications successfully
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency navigating Technology
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- High school graduate or GED, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Salary : $85,000 - $175,000
