Cocktail Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking drink orders, serving beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately.
• Serve drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation as needed and ensure compliance with food handling regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns.
• Monitor guest consumption of beverages and provide assistance as necessary.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and culinary preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate POS systems effectively for processing orders and payments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
