We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow, performing daily mail service, scheduling events, and fielding inquiries about facility use.
- Communicating with tenants, clients, and the local community.
- Manage monthly calendar, email communications, mail service with PSM (Post Scan Mail)
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls and emails appropriately.
- First impression representative of The Valley Annex and our mission.
- Updating and Maintaining digital presence with Facebook.
- Assist with event and tenant contracts. Receiving and processing payments.
- Decorating The Annex with the seasons and events.
- Maintain front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with local Palmer community and activities is preferred.
- Creative work space or co/op work environment experience.
- Proficient in email and online portal pay systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
