Pickleball Pro Instructor

The Valley Athletic Club; a family friendly 180,000 square foot health and fitness facility offering indoor & outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor tennis, indoor & outdoor pickleball courts, racquetball courts, gymnasiums, workout areas, group fitness classes, children’s activity center, personal training w/ private training studios, pilates apparatus, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis & more. Qualifications - License/Certification:

• Current nationally recognized PB Pro certification (or related experience) required
• Time management and client follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Providing a tailored session based on clients wishes, needs and/or goals
• Exceptional Customer service (friendly greets and rebooks)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to inspire and motivate clients to reach their lesson goals
• Passion for PB
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a professional, team oriented environment

Pay:

• Commission based pay 50% of lesson
