**Clinical Quality Improvement Manager Role:**
Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to lead our quality improvement efforts.
This role will be responsible for managing the Clinical Quality Improvement program and providing direction and support for department and/or unit-based clinical process improvement activities.
You will oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
You will analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Two years QA or PI experience, and a minimum of two years progressive management experience
- Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Lean Training
