To be successful, you must have a solid educational background, specifically a baccalaureate degree in a relevant science or equivalent certification defined by CLIA'88. Additionally, you should possess at least four years of experience as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Lab Scientist (CLT) with extensive lab/multi-department experience.
